I fully understand that I am running this challenge at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself, prior to, during or after the event. I understand the organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions should circumstances require. If either myself or my team show symptoms of COVID 19 they will not attend the event. I understand that it is my responsibility as team captain to make the rest of the team aware of these terms and conditions and ensure that we maintain government guidelines of social distancing when running. I declare that I / We run at entirely our own risk.
